About the episode

In this podcast episode, host Tia Harmer is joined by Amelia, and they discuss how to stay motivated in order to achieve goals. The conversation starts by getting to know Amelia through her book recommendations and then moves to the core discussion about the practices she has built to strengthen her motivation.

Amelia said that the mindset of “just doing it” and taking action is key to getting things done. And that it is also essential to know the important things for you and take the right actions to achieve personal goals.

In conclusion

Our mindset is the driving force behind what we do and why we do it. Because every aspect of life is influenced by our mindset, which also affects our motives, just like Amelia said, rather than talking about what you’re not going to do, it’s better to focus on what you are committed to, so your energy will go toward your goal.
