Meet Paula Davis

Paula Davis founded the Stress & Resilience Institute, focusing on reducing burnout and enhancing resilience across organizations. Since 2020, she has conducted over 350 workshops and programs on well-being and leadership.

Paula transitioned from law to earn a master’s in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she taught resilience skills to soldiers. Her book was a top-seller for the Wharton School Press and nominated by the Next Big Idea Club.

Her expertise has been featured in major publications. She is also a guest lecturer for Wharton School Executive Education programs and has received 2 distinguished teaching awards from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
