Setting boundaries is one way to take care of yourself; you create and apply them through your actions. But how do you set appropriate boundaries with those closest to you? And how does it affect our personal development?
Meet Jacqui Senn
Jacqui Senn is a licensed mental health counselor and motivational speaker. She
has been motivating people for the past 10 years through written words, speeches, and group work. She discovered her passion for this work by sharing some of her life experiences with others.
She graduated in 2019 from Cambridge College with a Master’s in Mental Health Counselling and is a licensed LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.
