Meet Jennifer Gunsaullus
Jennifer Gunsaullus, Ph.D., is a sociologist, international intimacy speaker, relationship and communication coach, and the author of From Madness to Mindfulness: Reinventing Sex for Women. She lives in San Diego, CA, where she strums her ukulele, got her black belt in karate, is an active women’s philanthropist, and is an avid beach volleyball player.

These problems included genetic personality, where some people are just emotionally distant, and different home cultures, such as alcoholic parents or caring for parents with mental illnesses.
According to Dr. Jennifer, learning mindfulness is essential if you want to be emotionally intimate with your partner. Being present and aware of what’s inside and outside of you helps you understand yourself and your partner.
