She is an Associate Dean and Professor of Psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide Campus. Prof. Donna holds a PhD in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Human Relations, and a Master of Education in Counseling. Her research interests include media psychology, mental health psychology, and industrial/organizational psychology.
