About the episode

In this episode of Sero Boost, Amy Wong defines happiness as a state of inner peace and flourishing that enhances a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. She also tackles the misconception about happiness, where many people believe that happiness is solely dependent on external conditions and possessions.

According to Amy, trust goes beyond the constraints of emotions, as she describes it as a neurological state where brains are optimized for positive thinking, risk-taking, empathy, and innovation. She also states that the conversational intelligence framework encompasses three levels: transactional, positional, and transformational conversation, each having its specific function.

According to Amy, excessive transactional communication may lead to distrust. As for positional conversation, Amy explains although it is necessary for advancing ideas and making decisions, it may also lead to uncertainty and conditional trust. Moving on to transformational conversation, Amy states that it is the most valued and cherished type of communication.

During the episode, Amy states that Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) helps people achieve more in less time, improve their well-being, and maintain healthier relationships. She perceives it as a practical approach to improving communication skills and becoming trustworthy.

Amy encourages people to practice meditation, as it can help develop metacognition and become conversationally intelligent. She ends with a final shoutout to self-awareness, mindfulness, and continuous learning to build trust and improve relationships.
