Sonya Matejko is a writer, poet, and solopreneur dedicated to helping people and brands express their value. She founded Nurtured Narratives in 2019, creating content for wellness-driven brands and female entrepreneurs, working with clients like American Express and WeWork. 

Her writing has appeared in Business Insider, Forbes, The Atlantic, and more, while her poetry platform, @aforceofnurture, has a following of over 12.5K. Sonya is also set to release her debut poetry collection in January 2025. Currently based in Vienna, she balances writing with teaching yoga and writing workshops.
