About the episode

In this podcast, hosted by Gabriella Joustra, Jenna spills the beans on meal planning. She’s all about showing how meal planning isn’t just about saving time; it’s about feeling empowered and taking charge of what you eat. Jenna sets the record straight on some common misconceptions about meal planning and shows how it can boost your confidence and keep you feeling on top of things.

Jenna recommends taking it easy at first—maybe start by planning just one meal, like lunch, before diving into planning all your meals. She really stresses the importance of figuring out what works best for you and your personality when it comes to meal planning techniques.

Meal planning isn’t only for people with specific diets – whether vegetarian or just cutting back on meat, and you can still enjoy various balanced meals. And it gets even better when you involve your whole family – it helps everyone understand and enjoy the process together.

In conclusion

So, how do you turn meal planning from a drag into something that really matters in your life? It’s all about linking it to your bigger goals and values. Meal planning isn’t just about what you put on your plate—it’s about nourishing your body, finding joy in your food, and striving to be the best you can be.
